Although we are In-Network with the vision insurances listed, we are NOT In-network with all plans associated with these vision insurances. Please call our office to verify benefits PRIOR to your appointment.
If you are Out-of-Network with our office, we will COLLECT all fees at the time of service. You then have the option to file your own claim with your vision insurance to be reimbursed.
